Today, I let go of the past and release it.
Whatever poison was in my body is now gone.
I release all the words I wanted to say but didn't say, and all the words I should not have or should have said.
I release all the times I felt betrayed and abandoned by myself, by my health or by others.
I release all the pain related to my family, my health, my friends, my lovers, my acquaintances, circumstances, expectations, disappointments and failures.
I release all the times I could or should have done things better.
I release all the pain and disappointment I caused to those around me.
I release all the suffering I've had in this and in previous lives.
I release and let go of the story that my childhood was full of pain and suffering.
I let go of all the damage I may have caused consciously or unconsciously.
I let go of all the grudges I hold against my father, my mother, my brother, my friends or previous partners.
I let go of all the judgments I have made.
I release all the tears and all the anger I suppressed.
I release all feelings of guilt and all feelings of shame.
I release all beliefs about myself that undermine, destabilise, discourage or devalue me.
I forgive anyone or anything that pained me consciously or unconsciously.
I forgive myself for all my mistakes and for all my shortcomings.
I forgive everyone, including my family, for all their mistakes and all their shortcomings.
I am not perfect and all I can do, is to do my best.
I recognize that everyone else is just like me, they simply try to do their best with what they know.
I take a deep breath.
I let it go and release it all.
To be reborn.
To be anew.
To see anew.
To feel anew.
A clean slate.
A second chance.
A fresh start.
I let go of myself.
To find myself again.
Innocent and pure, humble and kind, joyful and accepting, generous and affectionate, loyal and courageous, bold and gentle, determined and soft, tolerant and loving.
I love myself, under any circumstance and under any condition. Nothing can change that.
Nothing.
I love myself, I love myself, I love myself.
Here's to a new beginning.
By loving myself, I heal myself.
By healing myself, I do not cause any damage.
By not causing any damage, may someone else never need to write such a letter.
And if that is the case, then I have lived a life worth living,
And can be at peace.
